Product
FolioNest creates linked calendar PDFs and repeated notebook templates on Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later. PDF import through the official reMarkable app does not require Developer Mode. Direct cloud updates, handwriting preservation and calendar re-import are not accepted commercial features yet.
Proposed licence and pricing
A personal, non-exclusive licence with one active Mac installation and a self-service device transfer is proposed. Accounts and licensing are not active. Proposed total consumer prices are EUR 5.99 per month or EUR 59 for twelve months; these are not orderable offers. Applicable taxes, service scope and final billing terms must be confirmed before checkout.
Cancellation and existing documents
The monthly plan is intended to be cancellable at the end of the paid month. Annual renewal, cancellation and any pro-rata refund terms remain to be finalised. The legally required cancellation route and confirmation must be operational before sales begin. Cancellation must not delete exported PDFs or handwriting; future automated services and new content end after the paid period.
Consumer rights and updates
Statutory withdrawal, conformity, liability and security-update rights are not excluded. Product-specific withdrawal information and the form must be supplied before ordering. A download or login does not automatically waive withdrawal rights. No blanket liability disclaimer applies. External cloud providers have separate terms and cannot be guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
Privacy and purpose
Account, purchase and activation information is intended for licence administration; calendars and handwriting are not intended for the CRM. No advertising consent is inferred from a purchase. Focus templates are organisational aids, not therapy.
